Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy – Navyug Digital

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Navyug Digital Private Limited through our official website www.navyugdigital.in or any authorized platform.

  1. Policy Overview
    All registration fees paid towards Navyug Digital Private Limited for any plan (Basic, Standard, or VIP) are governed by this policy.
    Our services include digital access, membership benefits, training materials, and online privileges.
    Once payment is made and registration is confirmed, it is treated as a confirmed purchase.

  2. No Refund and No Cancellation
    Once payment is successfully processed and registration is activated, no refund or cancellation will be provided under any circumstances.
    This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Non-usage of services

  • Technical issues on user’s device

  • Personal or financial reasons

  • Misunderstanding of plan details

  1. Upgrade Option
    Users can upgrade their existing plan (for example, from Basic to VIP) by paying the difference amount.
    No cancellation or refund is required for upgrading plans.

  2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
    If a user is charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded within seven to ten working days after verification.
    Users must email proof of payment to support@navyugdigital.com for review.

  3. Technical Errors
    If any payment or plan activation issue occurs due to a technical error from our side, users must report it within seven days of the payment date by emailing support@navyugdigital.com.
    After verification, the issue will be resolved and, if eligible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method only.

  4. Refund Timeline
    Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven to ten working days depending on the user’s bank or payment gateway timelines.

  5. Non-Refundable Services
    The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Successfully activated registration plans (Basic, Standard, VIP)

  • Promotional or discounted offers

  • Custom academy setup or personalized services

  • Business consultation or diploma-related services

  1. Validity
    All registration plans (Basic, Standard, and VIP) are lifetime valid as long as the user follows company guidelines and remains active on the platform.
